Cretum Properties Limited former known as Thika Nairobi Development Co.Ltd, is a real estate company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya under the companies Act cap 486 laws of Kenya.Our offices are located within Nairobi and Thika Counties. Since its inception the company has invested and carried out the business of buying large tracks of land, subdividing them into smaller, manageable and affordable sizes for sale and subsequent development.
Upon completion of payment, we process title deeds for our esteemed clients and present the title to them within the shortest period possible.
